Flannel has consciously chosen to work with boutique production houses, family owned and operated, in Italy, China, India and Indonesia since we first opened our doors in 2007.
These niche houses share the same morals and values as our family business; mindfulness, quality, innovation, and a sense of community. Our pieces are created by artisans, the very best in their field, who look to uphold the textile traditions of generations. Our aim is to keep these families and communities flourishing, along with the generations of knowledge they hold and cherish.
Our commitment to you, our customer, is that we will continue to reduce, reuse and recycle in any way we can. We offer reusable, undyed cotton string bags with each purchase and encourage everyone to keep one handy in their handbags when shopping, be it at Flannel, the local farmers' market or grocery store. Flannel has been plastic free since the end of 2020.
We are ever conscious of our ecological footprint. Inspired by the leaders in fashion education and technology, we strive to implement the pioneering sustainable methods that continue to emerge and improve the fashion landscape and lighten our footprint on this planet we all share and love.
