AUSTRALIA

Full-price orders are shipped via StarTrack Express or Australia Post Express for a flat rate of $15. 

Orders over $500 receive complimentary shipping.

Processing & Delivery

Full-price orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:

Residential Addresses: 1-3 business days

PO Boxes: 3-7 business days

Sale purchases may require up to 14 business days for delivery.

Remote & Rural Areas

Deliveries to rural or remote destinations may experience slightly extended transit times compared to metropolitan areas.


INTERNATIONAL

International orders are delivered with DHL Express, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

If your country is not listed, please contact customercare@flannel.com.au and we will do our best to add your location. 

Processing & Delivery

All international orders are dispatched from Perth, Australia within 1-4 business days. 

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3-7 business days

Please note, timeframes may be impacted by customs clearance, global transit conditions, and local delivery processes within the destination country.

Duties & Taxes 

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.

If duties or taxes are refused at the time of delivery, FLANNEL reserves the right to abandon the parcel, and no refund will be issued. 


USA & CANADA CUSTOMERS

Orders shipping to the USA or Canada may be placed through flannelamerica.com.


ORDER TRACKING

All orders include automatic tracking notifications, allowing you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

 

INCORRECT OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you contact us before dispatch, we will happily update your delivery address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to alter address details. In these instances, please reach out directly to the carrier for further assistance.


CLICK & COLLECT

While FLANNEL does not currently offer an online Click & Collect service, our boutiques may be able to assist with in-store collection upon request. Please contact your preferred store for availability and arrangements. 


PEAK SEASON CONSIDERATIONS

During sale periods, new-season launches, and busy holiday periods, order processing and delivery times may be extended due to high volume. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to dispatch your order as promptly as possible.
