Meet John this Father's Day
As Father’s Day approaches, we sat down with John, our managing director and menswear designer, and asked a few questions about what his Father’s Day looks like this year. Here’s what he had to say:
What does your perfect Father’s Day look like?
J – It starts with a family walk on the beach, followed by a coffee & toasted sandwich from Daisies in Cottesloe. Then in the arvo, watching a game of footy over a hot bowl of soup with the kids nearby.
What’s your favourite thing about being a father?
J – Getting random phone calls from the kids to problem solve, which turn into quite funny stories and problems often not solved haha! Then we call in the big guns, mum!
What are you looking forward to most from the upcoming collection?
J – Our Short Sleeve Printed Shirts and Linen Shirts for summer; great shape, boxy, bit shorter in length than our previous cuts and super lightweight.
What’s on your Father's Day wishlist this year?
J – Birds of Tokyo tickets! But if I was to choose for someone else, I’d say the Kensington or Ohio Shirt.
