CARE GUIDE

From soft cotton knits to luxurious wool and cashmere, our knitwear is made from natural fibres that self-regulate, for both comfort and longevity. Less washing, more airing. The utmost care should be taken with anything hand-crocheted due to their delicate nature. Dry cleaning is recommended.

Wash: Spot clean where possible. Cold hand wash with appropriate detergent (gentle, cashmere or wool-specific detergent). Dry cleaning recommended for wool and cashmere.

Dry: Always lay flat on a drying rack in shade. Never hang while wet.

Press: Steam or press gently using a cloth.

Store: Fold flat rather than hang to maintain shape. Store in cool, dry spaces.

Preserve: Natural pilling is expected with wear. Use a cashmere comb to gently remove pills and restore finish.

Each garment carries its own unique care label. Always refer to it first as this will provide the most accurate instructions.

We offer express delivery via StarTrack within Australia for $15, complimentary on orders over $500. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 1-3 business days thereafter.

International orders ship with DHL Express, arriving within 3-14 business days depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
